If you are not entering this way then please download and use the Pavilion Entry Form using the button below and submit via email, or in person to show office before closing dates and contact us to arrange payment of fees/memberships.
The Pavilion Entry Form is used for all entries except Horses In Action (HIA) and other special ones like Tyre Art and Yard Dog Trials.
For the HIA, when entering on Showday Online, after selecting classes, on the next screen, the box must be ticked to agree to the waiver form. Entries cannot be completed if the box is not ticked.
If using the Horses In Action entry form, then a Waiver form will also need to be completed and submitted with full payment. These can be found in the Horses In Action section in the website header.
Junior entrants are welcome to enter ANY open classes.
ALL entry forms except for the colouring in competition and the yard dog trials need to be submitted by the 5th of November.
The colouring in competition needs to be submitted by the 2nd of November, and the Yard Dog Trials needs to be submitted by the 31st of October .
Exhibit Delivery to the Show Hall:
Colouring In Exhibits need to be delivered to Secretary’s Office by COB Tuesday.
Photography exhibits need to be delivered to Secretary’s Office by COB Thursday.
Arts & Crafts exhibits need to be delivered to Secretary’s Office by COB Friday.
Cookery exhibits will be accepted between 9.30am and 11am Saturday morning.
Any entries left before this time are left at the entrants own risk.
All Other Exhibits need to be delivered to the Show Hall for staging before 11am Saturday.
NO late entries will be accepted.
Exhibits can be collected after 4.30pm Show Day.
