12 – YARD DOGS<\/strong>

2025 Eudunda Show Society, South Australian Yard Dog Association (SAYDA) Trial<\/strong>
Affiliated with and held under the Rules and Regulations of the SAYDA.

Entry fee<\/strong>: All competitors who are not full members of SAYDA must sign a temporary membership form (day membership) and pay the $5.00 fee prior to competing.
Temporary Day memberships are limited to 3 trials only. Most likely applicable to participants in the Local Class. Entry Fees per class are as detailed below.
Entries Close<\/strong>: Sunday 2nd November 2025.
Entry forms are available under the documents tab the previous page. Or on SAYDA website (www.sayarddogs.com.au) or contact the convenor as per details above.
Prizes<\/strong>: Ribbons for 1st, 2nd, 3rd & 4th place in each class.
Judges Talk<\/strong>: 7.30am for an 8am Start
First class will be Encourage and Local which will run on the same course with the same Judge.
Placings will be allocated for each class individually.
All dogs must be under control at all times.
Bitches in season CANNOT be worked.

New Class for 2025!! Locals Class!!<\/strong>
The Local Class is open to a competitor that lives within a 50km radius of the Eudunda Show Grounds. It will be run in conjunction
with the Encourage class under the Encourage rules of the SA Yard Dog Association. To enter the Local class a competitor must be a temporary member on the day. There is a form to be filled out and the cost is $5.00. This must be completed (& paid) prior to the competition. The Local Class would be run in conjunction with the Encourage. Placings given out separately. 1st to 4th for each class.
The Competition will consist of a pickup, drench, draft and put away.

LOCAL LEGENDS CHALLENGE<\/strong>
In conjunction with Kapunda Show, Local competitors who enter in both competitions (Kapunda & Eudunda) will be eligible to enter the Local Legends Challenge to become the inaugural LOCAL LEGENDS CHAMPION.
To enter the Local Class a competitor must live within a 50km radius of either Kapunda or Eudunda.

Perpetual Trophy to be awarded to the dog with the most points totalled over both Kapunda and Eudunda Trials. LOCAL LEGEND CHAMPION. Awarded on completion of the Eudunda Trial.
NB: Competitors who qualify for Kapunda can enter Eudunda and vice versa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
