Hello, You can really speed up your HIA entry and make it simpler if you do a few things in advance:

NO WAIVER, NO PIC, NO MEMBERSHIP = NO COMPETING.
[1] – Download the Eudunda Show HIA Rules – you will need to read, understand and abide by them. If you do not understand something please ask the Secretary who will get you in touch with someone who can explain it.

[2] – Download the HIA & Schedule – You will need this to find out what Rings and Classes you would like to enter and you will use this information to make entries on the printed form or web form to match.
Each entry will need the HIA Class – Horse Name – Entry Fee for that Class
Riders will also have to have an HIA Membership (information in the HIA Liftout). Don’t forget to enter the PIC Number too.
You are encouraged to use our Online Entries at Showday Online at https://showday.online/show/eudunda

[3] – Download the Eudunda Show Book (not mandatory) – Find out what is happening at the show, you will be surprised at what else is happening.
For HIA Entries – Page 71 of this year’s Show Book has initial information about the HIA (the HIA liftout will have the complete information.

[5] – Download the Horse Waiver form, fill it in and send to our secretary with your other information such as entry form.
Signing the Horse Waiver Form is Manatory for entry to the events.
Hint: Please make sure your file is in one of these formats: .jpg, .jpeg, jpe, png, pdf and no larger than 8Mb.
Fill in your Entries [6] Send all required bits OR [7] Enter Online
Don’t forget to enter the PIC Number on the Entry Form and also to send the Waiver Form and Membership.
NOTE: If you are entering on Showday Online you do not need to print [6] below.
Choose either 6 OR 7
Enter online – it’s quick and convenient. Payments will be by Card through the Square system.

FAQ:
- Entries close Thursday prior to show – 6 November 2025.
- Currently only Bank Transfer E.F.T. Payment available online for Printed Versions.
If paying in person show week – LAST DAY TO PAY IS THURS 6TH NOV 2023
For Show Week – The Secretary & Treasurer will be located AT THE EUDUNDA OVAL THIS YEAR (2023) - Follow the instructions on how to pay for your membership and entries.
- Please save or print you Bank Transfer Receipt (so you can send it to us).
- We suggest that you also print out your entries so you have a record.
- Don’t forget to Download the HIA Waiver Form, fill in and return it to the Secretary – you need to do this for a valid entry.
